KING COUNTY OFFICE OF EQUITY AND SOCIAL JUSTICE

Our engagement: Conduct a community assessment and develop recommendations for how King County can improve equity and outcomes for immigrant and refugee communities. The final report from this process has been well received by King County, and has already resulted in a commitment by King County Executive Dow Constantine to provide the staffing and budgetary resources needed for a permanent commission that can act as a regional hub to spur collective impact.

SEATTLE REPERTORY THEATER

Our engagement: Conduct an equity assessment of the organization, develop a plan and road map for the organization to lead with equity, work with leadership to support the implementation of plan, and coach the leadership of the organization.

NA’AH ILLAHEE FUND

Our engagement: Coach the leadership of the organization on strategies and plan for growth, help engage new donors, and work with the leadership to build new partnerships

PHILANTHROPY NORTHWEST

Our engagement: Serve as Senior Advisor on strategy and implementation for The Momentum Fellowship, designed to prepare professionals from communities of color for careers in the philanthropic sector.

SEATTLE UNIVERSITY OFFICE OF EDUCATION ABROAD

Our engagement: Lead a market analysis and research study nationally to develop recommendations for the Education Abroad office to offer meaningful and safe global immersion experiences for students.
